About How We Work
Our work typically begins with an objective, informative assessment of your management team, the issues they face, and the organization they manage. Assessment results are reported in an executive-level workshop to identify and prioritize issues identified, observations about your people and operations, and recommendations for initiating organizational, and management development improvements.
From this workshop we build plans to act on organizational changes needed to leverage what we learned, and enhance management development and operational excellence. Transitions may focus on large system-wide changes as in restructuring, or pursuing a merger or acquisition, or smaller interventions like cross-functional team problem solving, or executive team building.
Each client presents a unique situation that requires its own unique solution. Clients are viewed as partners. Together we establish goals, expectations, and deliverables. Priorities and places to begin are also jointly agreed on. We establish benchmarks for progress, and monitor them throughout the transformation process.
